Our olive oil, Sindyanna of Galilee, is the first Fair Trade product to be marketed from Israel. Produced organically by the Arab farmers of Galilee, this oil is of the highest quality. It has been certified by the only organic biological association in Israel. When you buy Sindyanna, you combine quality with fairness.
